Does renting a vehicle storage space require a contract?
Yes, we require all tenants to sign month-to-month lease agreements.
Do you require a credit card to rent vehicle storage?
No, a credit card is not required. We do accept credit card payments and you may also use our “Auto-Pay” feature and have your monthly rental payment charged to your credit card each month.
Is your storage facility secure?
Yes, our secure storage facility is fully enclosed with a security gate featuring computer controlled site entry and exit. We also have 24 hour video surveillance as well as motion detectors. For added security, the property manager lives on-site.
What documentation is required for vehicle storage?
In order to rent a vehicle storage space we require proof of ownership on the vehicle (including trailer for boats). You will also be required to show photo identification at the time you rent the unit.
When do I have access to my vehicle?
We give all new tenants an access code for entry and exit from our facility. Gate hours are 5:00am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
How can I make payment?
Your monthly rental payment will be due on the date you originally rent your unit and can be paid in our office during office hours, dropped through our drop slot, sent in by mail, or paid on our website. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC & AMEX.
